All cutting is done on computerised system with a sophisticated CNC flatbed routing machine programmed via CAD.
Tolerances are less than 0.1mm to ensure perfect fit and design integrity.
Construction is of 12mm and 18mm plywood. By using a natural construction material the units are designed to have some flex built into them. This ensures as your 4wd flexes, the unit flexes with it. Hence the rattles associated with steel units are eliminated. Supporting the units underneath are braces to clear the base of the unit from any obstructions and add strength. The units will never loosen from the base of your 4wd as the wood acts as a natural shock absorber.
All wood joints are recessed and channelled to ensure strength. Structural integrity is a feature of these units.
Our load rating of 100 kg is far less than would ever strain these drawers. The drawer rails are made from 3mm Galvanised Steel running on a series of sealed roller bearings. The bearings run vertically and laterally to ensure strength and stability both horizontally and vertically. This ensures a smooth running drawer that is completely rattle free during transit.
